My path into this industry runs through operations and marketing, and I have always been drawn to the practical side of helping service businesses run better. Today I serve as CEO of DW Global Management and as Director of Operations at Mobile Ice Box, a refrigerated trailer rental company serving the Southeast. 

On the PSA Executive Board, I lead Marketing & Publications, where I get to shape how the association tells its story, connects with members, and builds tools that make a real difference for technicians and shop owners. It is work I care about deeply, because I believe the people who keep this industry running deserve resources that are just as sharp and hardworking as they are. 

I am a strong advocate for financial literacy and business growth among service professionals, and I regularly develop training content and educational resources to help technicians and owners build stronger, more profitable businesses. Originally from Atlanta and now based in Alafaya, Florida, I am grateful for the chance to give back to a community that has given so much to me.
